This means he could have passed almost any law he wanted.

Why did Trump not pass them when he had the control of the 3 layers in 2017 and 2018? States like Texas has their own State laws that are the most lenient with practically no gun restrictions. People are even allowed to walk openly with their guns on the streets. Cops cannot question them. The Governments with bipartisan approval needs to rewrite that Constitution that the majority of Americans want. But the NRA and their GOP benefactors will never accept it!!

You posted a graph of the number of mass shootings. So it was relevant to it. Suddenly you changed the topic again to inner city shootings. We all know that it is due to crime as a result of poverty etc. That is why it is important to get the Guns off the street as it is fatal when it falls in the wrong hands. By the way Biden did pass a Bipartisan safer Communities Acts to try and Keep the Guns Off the Streets. But States like Texas are not interested, and hence the rise in Mass Shootings:
