that is actually a very good point. I bet it was not protected because they expected a blow job. It actually was a hell of a sexual assault and I don't know why I doubted it for a minute.

There is also mention of anal intercourse when it should have been only oral which would be another of assault.
I guess the Canadian Criminal Code has provisions for glory hole sex, any precedent setting cases to date or is this the first
one ? If the case is appealed to the Supreme Court of Ontario, or even to the Supreme Court of Canada, would the decision be the same, maybe, maybe not ?
If the victims are married men, presumably to women, but who knows, ..were the spouses aware of what happened.
If an STD was contracted then the victim’s sexual partners would have to be informed.
Many possible tangents and scenarios in this case, with public sympathy for the victims being probably quite low and the macabre comedy element being somewhat high.
