Having grown up in the 80's TT was one of the biggest artists of that time period. Massive hits like 'What's Love Got To Do With It', 'The Best', 'Private Dancer', 'We Don't Need Another Hero', 'Better Be Good to Me' etc.
This one wasn't a big hit but it should have been

Help me ID some of these guys. The bottom right guy next to Phil Collins is who?

The guy in the middle row on the left with the tie, smiling?

I see Brian Adams on the top and Paul Young , maybe Joan Armatrading but don't recognize the others.?

Top row, 4th from left...Midge Ure vocalist from Ultravox
Next guy looks familiar but I can't pull the trigger on the name.

I think that is Brian May in the back. That is a great 80s trivia photo.

The guy to the right of Phil Collins is Howard Jones. Very big in the mid 1980s, especially in the UK.

Guy at top far left is likely lead singer of Level 42, Mark Raymond King.

Things you get from purchasing physical vinyl and CD albums that you don't get via a download. There's also so much info in the liner notes.

And when you bought an album, you usually listened to ALL the songs as opposed to the same popular song that everyone else is listening to.

I used to love going through the racks at Sam the Record Man. I found so many hidden gems. It was unreal.

ah yes,,Sam,s...you could spend alot of time there..............i know i did....also there was a record bar on Avenue Rd just north of Yorkville...as a kid i used to go there to find my soul and R&B stuff....i remember buying a single there by Doug Clark and Nuts called Baby Let Me Bang Your Box...but the song wasnt what you think....it was about a guy wanting to play her accordion.....and then later in my youth and adulthood i discovered Kopps Kollectables on Queen St....a treasure trove of obscure soul and R&B
