I thought they were both annoying...Tim had that annoying voice like fingernails on the chalkboard...Sid is always trying to be funny but rarely is.

I always found it disappointing that Sportsnet gave them that much time.

Maybe Tim and Sid had run it's course. Sid was unhappy with the new radio format.

I enjoyed the show, wish the best for Sid. Not sure if he is the right person for BT but you never are until you are. He does make me laugh, I can't find the episode where he was imitating Scarface and he was holding a prop to be fired and was waiting for the prop to pop after finishing one the famous Scarface lines and nothing happened - man had me rolling on the ground. Most memorable episode - I do enjoy some of his rants. I hope they can find some who is funny - not impressed with DJ and Faizal - I feel they try to hard. I like Arash. Lets see who gets the chair.

When Sid got to co-host Hockey Central he was impressive, no schlepping for laughs. Rogers botched it, Ron McLean should have been fired with Sid taking his place. I think he'll do very well at BT, he already has amicizia with Dina Pugliese.

I will miss him.

Ron McLean should be replaced by David Amber...

Ron McLean lost me when he turtled to save his ass when Don Cherry got fired.
He didn't have to say anything on that Sunday night...but no, he has to be Mr. self-righteous, Mr. Good Guy Citizen, he saves himself and puts all the blame on Cherry...he was there with Cherry when he said it and gave him a thumbs up, he didn't think anything was wrong until shit hit the fan the next day, and the first thing he did was save himself.

I've liked (not loved) the Tim & Sid show but always found Tim to be the stronger half of the pair. I wish Sid well but I'm not sure he is the guy for this role.

No question Tim is the stronger half, but the whole idea was to have to different personalities which made for a great dynamic. Sid was the goofball that brought a bit of comic relief to the show.

Sid is killing it on BT, he's been consistently brilliant since day one. Not once has he gone full goofball mode. The less said about Ron McLean the better, he turns my stomach. Don Cherry may be an obnoxious racist but he departed with dignity.

Sid chatting with YT sensation and local comic Julie Nolke.
