Usually Canada takes lots of educated people who went schools , universities or comes with money. Lots of them speak english already. Not all of them but high % of the canadian immigrants are not a stupid, uneducated, illiterate guys. The immigration to Canada is controlled and selected. The government don't accept millions of immigrants who doesn't have any papers, education and many of them just comes for the welfare.
When it's happened in the past (example around ONLY 10 thousand hungarian gipsies between 2006 and 2011 came here to live on welfare, not millions as happen in Europe ) the government was desperate and made new immigration laws, what stopped this fraudulent asylum seekers at the border. The EU never did it. The stupid Merkel accepted everyone as a refuggee. They just came without papers, passports...etc. No one know who are these people and this is a very big security breach in Europe.
That was a big mistake. If tomorrow a million( don't forget 80% of them young, horny single men) uneducated poor people come to Canada to live on welfare , I guarantee you won't be happy and you will never agree that "diversity is good" bullshit.
