“I can say that there hasn’t been a day where I’m not consciously fighting against the voices in my head from the pressures of society’s beauty standards,” Lazo writes in a blog post explaining her decision to film the video. “It’s exhausting to constantly reject the lies that the media and sometimes even your own family feeds you. . . . I wanted to silence all the voices in my head so I could hear my own voice.”
Consulting a few online psychiatric sources, we learn that people who hear voices in their head and run around naked may be suffering from schizophrenia. Haldol or Thorazine are often prescribed to control these symptoms. But the feminist lunatics are running the asylum:
At the end of the day, Lazo . . . wants to “challenge the media, question social norms and encourage young folks, particularly young women, to think critically about the world.”
Sure. Go ahead. “Think critically about the world.” But don’t forget that the world is also thinking critically about you, and we’re pretty sure you need a daily dose of Thorazine.

A University of Virginia student named Jackie appears to have used internet phone services to fabricate the identity of a man she says she was going on a date with on the night she claims she was gang-raped by seven fraternity members.
The fabrication of the man, who Jackie told her friends was named Haven Monahan, adds another layer of intrigue to a bizarre saga which has unfolded after the publication of a Rolling Stone article written by Sabrina Rubin Erdely, who is now in hiding because of fallout from the largely-debunked piece.
Monahan appears to have come into existence soon after Jackie was romantically rejected by one of her friends, Ryan Duffin.
Duffin, along with two other friends of Jackie’s — Alex Stock and Kathryn Hendley — feature prominently in Erdely’s article.
“She did not take it well,” Duffin told The Daily Caller last week of Jackie’s response to the rejection. “There was a lot of crying involved.”
