Can't go to grandma's funeral, but rioting by the thousands? No threat at all. Go to the park? The premier and the mayor fly off the handle, even paint fucking circles on the grass. Go to a demonstration? Everything is just peachy. I hope that the average Canadians can summon what's left of their balls and act accordingly.
Oh and in typical bureaucratic bullshit

The city pays OVER $100 PER CIRCLE
Seriously

Fucking insane
Unions must be laughing their balls off
I painted 10 circles today hand me $1000+ dollars

But you only have to worry about the cook, not all of the other patrons breathing the same air in a closed room.
Um how close are you sitting to the other tables?
Most restaurants (even dives) have an easy 4+ feet between tables

So explain how sitting in a restaurant is more dangerous?
(and if super paranoid ask waitress to sit you with a spare table between you and other patrons)

The entire lockdown was bullshit from day 1

Speaking of sheeple, do you have a source for that or are you just repeating what you were told?
CDC
WHO
Bunch of newspapers stories

Even Donald Trump himself called it months before the so called experts did

No need for Cerb salesman! I'm doing just fine and I'd bet probably better than you on your best monthly commission. LMAO

As a matter of fact my investments are all coming back nicely. My business is starting to chug along nicely again and my personal expenses are down to a bare minimum because of this lockdown. I just wish I could enjoy myself more but hey, it's called being a responsible citizen as opposed to a selfish amigo.

Where did you read $100 a circle? I read $12 a circle which is still high in itself but $100 a circle sounds fake/made up. Just curious your source?

Nine U.S. States Seeing Spikes in COVID-19 Hospitalizations

https://www.usnews.com/news/health-...es-seeing-spikes-in-covid-19-hospitalizations

Gee, I wonder why? I'm so surprised.
The scarier numbers will be when individual states or regions within a state start to reach 100% hospital capacity. Capacity is not just for COVID-19 and there has been reporting of citizens who needed care at a hospital were waiting to go/fearful of going because of COVID-19 and now have gone and are part of the capacity loads the health care are handling - and yes increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations as well.

There are individual states keeping their 'emergency capacity' plans (field hospitals and such) ready to go despite opening up their economies as they knew the worse could happen and their health care systems could be overloaded.

Crazy summer ahead for the U.S.

I'm glad Canada is not opening the border up to the US in the near future. The numbers are going to explode.

It won't be opened any time soon, with the mess that is going on down south and the number of cases increasing in quite a few states Trudeau understands keeping the border closed until the States have the virus under control is very important.

Since you have lost, guess you have decided to jump off the lockdown bandwagon.

...
Seems like you're the loser here because jurisdiction after jurisdiction are listening to scientific advice, not just giving in to some loudmouth protesters claiming it is all a hoax.

The pilot was $100
The $12 figure was the final amount (based on a much higher number of circles)

I would assume the lower total came after public outrage lol
But yes even for a union to paint a single circle at $12 per circle is still nuts even for the city

Once all these idiotic expenses are totaled we are going into so much debt a massive recession is nearly guaranteed
