I like it too.
I would have several +0.
It lets people know that I did see the girl and it was meh...
It means it was ok but will not book her again. I would not give +1 unless I am willing to pay again to see the lady.

Moonie is +0 when she was at CMJ.
Sophia -1 at CMJ
Willow +0 at Alpha
Faye +0 at CMJ

The bar for "+1" just got raised. I am not so sure that is needed generally unless in a specific scenario (be your own lexicographer). Folks are allowed to pen a summary of their experince with an MA, as a rough guide.

These +0 do sound a lot like a '+1, but meh for me/chemistry lacking'.
Once we free ourselves of the binary +1, -1, the possibilities are endless...

I really like this idea of yours. Makes it way more realistic and have more options in 'measuring performance'.

+0 for Sophia at CMJ - beautiful girl and meets the strict minimum of gfe as per the original definition of this thread. She did her job pleasantly but there was nothing more. Would not repeat.

Hi Guys... I'm a seasonal visitor to the area and stoked to see some of Ottawa's great MAs again this summer. I notice that the spreadsheet now asks me to sign in with a registered gmail account... is that correct or can I use the same Yahoo address that I use for the rest of my terb stuff? Thanks in advance... Dave
