The bar for "+1" just got raised. I am not so sure that is needed generally unless in a specific scenario (be your own lexicographer). Folks are allowed to pen a summary of their experince with an MA, as a rough guide.

I really like this idea of yours. Makes it way more realistic and have more options in 'measuring performance'.
