I dunno. I'm not really a burger guy but a friend introduced me to MacD back in 1970 when I was living in Calgary. Never heard of them, having just moved back from the UK. The prices were something like 55 cents for a big mac. 10 cents for a small fries and 10 cents for a coffee. Might have been 75 cents for the mac, but it was a deal. Tasted like heaven. Fresh grilled. Not microwaved. So that's a lot to compete with.

In my opinion McDonalds has always had the worst burger line- up in the fast food industry. In fact they do not have a burger that I thought was very good. Having said that they get the bulk of my fast food business. It is high time that they hopefully are finally making a decent burger.

My parents who are Japanse really like McDonald's. My mother, the first time she had a Big Mac, loved it so much, that she bought another one.

It's risky of them to mess with their iconic burger, but I guess in order to make the change, they had to be absolutely sure it was a major improvement. The Big Mac has always been my sentimental favorite.

I don't think new ones are in Canada. They did change the buns a few years ago.

It's a distraction from the fact that they shrank it yet again. It is literally half the size it used to be when I was a kid. Extra sauce is cheaper for them than the beef.

Exactly like me. Seriously their burgers are shit.

But their egg mcmuffin (bacon or sausage) are seriously great! Breakfast burrito are also nice.

Other then that only Harvey's burger is fine. Especially because of their topping.

yes they shrink the old big mac and made a new one the size of the old one.Big mac are bad. That said i replicate the sauce at home and it does make great home burgers.
