The Masters

The Masters is one of my favorite sporting events to watch and this year was no disappointment.

True it was no nail biter going down to the wire, but it was fun to watch Phil and Fred enjoy themselves in pursuit of the green jacket. I think their round personified what golf is all about . Guys competing with each other but at the same time having respect for their opponents and for the game, while also having a good time.

I caught some of the coverage of the post round comments by Phil and I thought it was pretty classy of him in his speech to ask everybody to say a prayer for Tiger's father.

I'd like to see Weir or Couples win but I think Mickelson will take it.

Not much drama but nice to see anyways.

It was funny reading in the paper today that Phil's nickname on tour is BIGJAM which stands for "Blank I'm Good, Just Ask Me".
