Watch Mojo has reported that Ep 3 of The Last of Us drew in an audience of 6.4 million, up 37 % from the pilot. That tells me that people were craving for more of the ex- Ron Swanson, Ep 3 is almost entirely Nick Offerman's back story. I find this series far more frightening than The Walking Dead , it's not another zombie show. Fungus was part of the building blocks of the start of life on Earth, the concept is improbable but not impossible.

I watched the first 2 episodes last night. Good so far, but the shaky camera makes me a bit dizzy.

I binged the three episodes last night, it was pretty good. Your right #3 was the best . Will be interesting to see where they go with the story.

We all started at the same time but I'm only on episode 2. I'll catch some more later.

Is Pedro Pascal a martial arts expert? Correct me if I'm wrong, you must be at least a Black Belt in Karate to study Kendo. He certainly looked like he knew what he was doing in his battle with The Mountain.

This is where he was anointed for superstardom!

Strange observations versus mine, I really enjoyed the first two episodes and thought episode 3 was a snoozer, fast forwarded the love scenes  . I have one of the PS4 games but have yet to try it out yet.

Feels like an episode of the Mandalorian when its just Pedro and the girl on the road.

I disagree, it's a series, you can't have perpetual terror with every episode - viewers get exhausted. Did you notice how many offsets they used in The Sopranos, it's what's made the show legendary. The first two episodes of The Last of Us were horrific, the bromance was a restorative offset that no one was expecting. I hope you didn't fast forward through all of it, you would have missed a moment of quiet but intense creepiness. I said more than one WTF while watching it.

I haven't found anything to suggest Pedro Pascal studied Kendo. Since they were so fucking funny together, another moment with Mr. Awesome!

Was that Offerman's only episode? I ilke his storyline but looks line they did it in one episode...This is suppose to be the show that will save us from the dismal "walking dead"...that was such a horrible show in the end....

This is the sort of series where Mia Goth would fit right in. Superb actress, she made people take notice of Jenna Ortega in X.

Yeah, it’s based on the Cordyceps fungus which infects insects in real life

I only fast forwarded tiny snips, but will rewatch the episode, I'm the only one giving it a thumbs down, so I will do a remark like in university. LOL !

Pedro's buddy Jules has retired from The World's Strongest Man Circuit, he's slimmed down substantially.

Jules is 6' 9" tall, he weighed 450 lbs when he did this scene. Oberyn Martell vs The Mountain.
