Meh, I think Agency owners interests are self serving and that's not a bad thing but when you used the word Union, I took it to mean Union is all. For Example, CUPE or CAW is a Union. They do not provide resource or warn the Company about employees which you have suggested. The company is only involved for purposes of say, Negotiations. Having said this, I think there does need to be a TRUE union for the men and women working or at the very least a resource strictly for them.

Your statement to Fuji about it being none of his business is not entirely true. You are on a review board for clients and you first posted your comments about the Union on the board so you made it open for discussion.
