Kya and I have similar posting styles, which means that NEITHER one of us is actually building up an organization. In my case that's intentional. In her case it's counter-productive: Unlike me, she IS selling something.

You can tell me my opinion doesn't matter but I have a lot of real world experience building and advancing organizations and I can see the errors you are making in your quest to build this group. Everyone can learn and better themselves--so can you--just recognize that you will have to make an attitude adjustment if you want to succeed.

The more I think about it, the more I think this "union" could play a useful role in resolving some of the issues that come up on TERB, if it wants to.

It will always be the role of the moderators to deal with the "haters" -- people who have a clear agenda to try to damage the reputation of an SP or an agency.

But there are other circumstances where misunderstandings can occur that could possibly be resolved through a third party.

Most of us on the forum are strangers to each other. We don't know each other's personalities and sensitivities. In some cases, someone may be hurt or angered by something where it was unintentional.

Perhaps the union could play a role in helping people to resolve such situations.

That's my happy thought for Thanksgiving. Now, I go back to being a cynic.
