I PVR'd that and watched it yesterday. Gotta wonder how many Nathan Parker's there are across the country.
Changes should be made to police oversight.

There's too much support for cops. The rcmp is a despicable organization, decades of rape, abuse, bullying to the tune of 200,000,000 payouts to victims. The Ottawa police force is currently under investigation for the same type of behavior, I believe London went through the same.

I remember during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics they brought in RCMP officers from across the country to help with security.
Big mistake.
These Mounties were mostly hayseeds from rural areas without a clue how to act in a big city. A group of Mounties got disciplined and sent packing after they held a party on a docked ship with loads of escorts; another high-ranking Mountie was sent home after she was arrested for shoplifting at a Winners.
What they should do is review the way they are taught and trained to do the work...cut out the arrogance and bullying and remind them it's not 1967 anymore.

Who polices the police has been debated since at least the ancient Greeks. Number one is to ensure that nobody is above the law. POTUS #45 made that harder to sell....
