Hamas are the perps. They set the whole thing in place and then lit the fuse on Oct.7. They knew what they were doing to their own people. And on top of initiating the war they use their civilians as shields.

It was nothing more than a PR game for Hamas and the Gazans were/are their pawns/sacrificial lambs.

Hamas planned for all this to happen.
