Jen is the type I see in the corporate world all the time - conniving, smoth talker, academic over acheiver - performance under achiever, backstabber.

Then again, so is Kelly - a typical yes man with no passion.

The D's companies are in industrries where these tupes are needed to succeed. I think Jen should have been hired, for the fact you need a shark to swim with sharks.

It would be more interesting if the "Street Smart" people were "Street Criminals", like Drug Dealers, Gang Bangers, Gun Runners, etc...

Have to hand it to Snoop... for a Street Criminal, Drug Dealer, Gang Banger, Gun Runner, the mans diversified and into everything these days... Even the Donald could learn a thing or two from the Snoop.

I was hoping Trump would have hired Jen, just to mix it up a bit. Not to mention that she would have made for some nice eye candy to look at in the office.

I agree with the others that the Donald sort of played it safe by going with Kelly. The way the show was going, it would have seemed like Kelly was the obvious choice, yet Donald continued to be hesitant... Would he go against convention, and pick Jen? For a brief second, I thought he'd say, "To hell with it, rank and file officers like Kelly are a dime a dozen, but you can strike gold with a firecracker like Jen". As Raj and he discussed, Kelly will do the job and do it well, but he isn't going to shoot a rocket to the moon.

On the other hand, I can't say Kelly is a bad choice, and it would have looked really dismissive not to pick him after he received so many raves from the people in the audience. Still, it would have made for really entertaining television if he had said, "I hear you all, but my gut says to go with Jen".

I'm sure the Donald would not want a guy like Raj working on any of his mega building projects. Imagine the outcome of some of Raj's ideas in the real world. Trump even made a comment about it in the board room… “Raj, you made a 4 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom house� LOL!
