See, the problem here is that the ethics investigation says she "may" have violated the rules. You never seem all that concerned when someone on the right does something that "may" or "did" break the rules.
Look, I don't think anyone should be above the law. And the reality here is that if she did break a rule, they decided not to punish her. And, remember, the folks who investigate this type of thing are non-partisan. Is that the right call? I don't know. I do know the NY Post occasionally play hard and fast with facts, and the fact that this is an Op-Ed piece means it doesn't really have a requirement to use facts. So....here are some of the facts:
The ethics committee found that because Anna Wintour is so involved with the Met Gala, the felt the invitation was permissible. The issue was whether she paid for her expenses out of her own pocket. Which she did...but it took a few months. So, that headline and some of the info inside are opinion, not fact.
An investigation found that Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez might have broken House ethics rules by delaying paying for her gala expenses.
