I've seen Thais beat the living shit out of foreigners on more than one occasion and they think nothing of ganging up on one guy. Totally different mentality. It's like, "it's a job to do, we'll get it done faster if there's more of us".

To be fair, all the beatings I saw administered were deserved.

I saw a drunk american start with a lady boy and was followed back to his hotel and beaten severely by about 20-30 lady boy. A lot of blood was shed and buddy was pretty messed up. All i was thinking is if one of those lady boy had HIV it could have easily been transmitted.

250-300$ a day you could live pretty high on the hog, 30-40 a night for a decent hotel, 70-100 for a lady for the night, the rest on food and booze.

I think you can find decent ladies for 1500 Baht for whole night and sometimes even 1000.
