One gave her 2 to 3 hour workouts most days of a week to a working wife and mother who wanted to tone up. She paid a fortune just for the plan with no one on one training also. Probably just gave her the same plan he gave everyone. That was money well wasted.

I thought TRT uses patches often, but it is better to inject if more of a bother.
