A fellow member has forgotten his TERB password. Attempts to reset the password have failed as well as he is not receiving any emails with instructions on how to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

Fred Zed was able to help out and now all is good.I was having the same problem. I had to make an entirely new account with a new e-mail address. And that was after e-mailing customer support once or twice.
