If this was an allahu akbar! attack, I'd be first laying it at Justin's doors. But, it wasn't. We know that the rush to bring them in prevented us from doing any meaningful background checks, so Justin is not entirely off the hook. Maybe the guy had some kind of record in his home country as a sex offender. We'll never find that out and, even if we did, the government will try to hide it. Just look at the Danforth shooter- still no answers and it's been a while. When it comes to refugees and Islam in particular, transparency tends to be the second victim.
