Except I'm not proven wrong. The evident existing state of affairs is that 5% of the population of Canada and 8% of the population of the GTA is Muslim and there has been no spike in politically motivated crime from that ethnic group.
The major problem comes from people like you who despise non white immigrants.

There are probably a # of other differences. My understanding is that non whites in European countries are ghettoized and given no incentive to attempt to assimilate. The classic case would be France, which has a large Muslim population which is not accepted by the majority whites and is segregated in cites on the urban periphery.
In Canada, immigrants from all backgrounds make up the overwhelming majority of the urban populations and it's easy to assimilate and become successful as a non white immigrant. So no resentment or feelings of exclusion, but instead a stake in the good functioning of the country.

Well, in France, as in the Netherlands, Scandinavia and pretty much all of Europe, the general population wasn't asked if they were comfortable being swamped by alien immigrants who had no intention of assimilating. The situation was foisted on them with no discussion.
A point of view that gets completely ignored in the discussion is why it is only a one way street? Why aren't Middle Eastern, North African countries encouraging white immigration to their islamic paradises? How welcome would we feel and what chance of assimilating and becoming successful in their countries? Why do they all want to come here and nobody wants to go there? And why when they get here they don't want to go back?
As mentioned in a book that does not bear reading. Muslim activism is at near zero at 2% of the population. However once the critical mass gets to about 20% things begin to change. Strength in numbers spawns more strident demands. At least muslim dads are for now sending their daughters back home for circumcisions
