But all they need is a close relatives DNA and they can narrow it done from there.

Narrow what down?I want to do a DNA ancestry test, but I refuse to give these agencies anything.

The fact that you were the culprit.
It's call Six Degrees of Separation.Shocked the shit out of me when I read it, I've met the guy! I'm up in Moosonee each year, got friends up there, and he's a friend of a friend. Although I doubt they're friends now. I remember sharing a water taxi across the river from Moosonee to Moose Factory just a few years ago.
With a guy like that I would prefer about 600.It's call Six Degrees of Separation.
I can say without one second of hesitation- i hope that he meets his end in jail - TONIGHT !!I know Erin's father. He started the Fiji bottled water company
I hope they lock this guy up and throw away the key

If they have DNA they can do this. The issue is the time it takes to track down any distant relatives found through the open source DNA databases. Getting a result that says someone is likely a third cousin of the suspect still requires a bunch more work to isolate the suspect, follow them to, and legally collect DNA. It also has the problem that there may not be anyone closely related enough to even start the tracing process. It's funny how they have the "new tech" to find someone from 1983 but this "new tech" can't sometimes identify murder suspects from year 2021. Murders that occur in broad daylight in downtown with cameras supposedly everywhere and multiple witnesses.
Holly's friends and family will be very present at any parole hearings. This ahole has parole in a few years. Canadian law too lenient on first degree. Should be life with no parole at least if not capital punishment.
Sure, if the suspect chose to have his DNA added to the open database after committing murders.Narrow what down?

Well sure, if you committed a crime and DNA is able to identify you, I think that’s great.Sure, if the suspect chose to have his DNA added to the open database after committing murders.
Like with the Golden State Killer, the DNA identified relatives which may be able to be traced back to a suspect.
What happens if your DNA leads to a relative (say Ted Bundy?) who is a suspected serial rapist and killer. Just kidding (I hope). Actually, that is good news if it helped to take a serial killer off the street.Well sure, if you committed a crime and DNA is able to identify you, I think that’s great.
However if you haven’t done anything you’ve got nothing to worry about.
I think Canadian law is changing. Even mass murderers like the Incel guy will possibly be out in 25 years if supreme court decides that a life sentence is too inhumane.Holly's friends and family will be very present at any parole hearings.

I guess we’ll see what happens.
I remember in the Holly Jones murder case the police asked for volunteers to donate their DNA. The murderer was one of the men who refused.
