just eat your greens

go to 2:45

You can go to booster juice and get a shoot of it to try. It has a distinct and strong taste.

I usually get a double of wheatgress and a double shoot of acai when I dont feel like making a mess and cleaning up. Your set and will be fucking like a bunny all night long. Its good to have it once a week. Reason they dont market it is becuase it is dirt cheap and you can grow it yourself. Just try it and see if you feel any different, that is the best way. I think it has a lot of benifit, and like the guy in the benning about acai, people dont pimp it out becuase there is not much profit to be made on something you can easily grow yourself.

BTW...that video is bullshit. Just opinion no substance. I hope you don't take one video or one post and accept it as the truth.

Wheatgrass is not a magical super food. Neither is grapefruit. However, there are benifits to drinking/eating wheatgrass just as there are eating other greans. Some are a bit better some are not as good. However if you eat different types you cant go wrong, especially if they are grown in your own garden and you are active. Just eat a balanced meal and exercise and you should be fine.

I agree, that's not my idea of a nona either, I was hoping Massimo Capra would have more recipes on YT than what's available. But he has four restaurants on the go now, Sagat named Mistura the best Italian restaurant in Toronto.

Jose "Boom Bats" Bautista is big on wheat grass, Booster keeps him supplied. He's keeps to a strict diet but he says he has a high metabolism.

no

not trying to denigrate your belief but

what you say is opinion

my vid has a nutritionist who has science on his side (I think, maybe he does not as he gives no sources )

however, only one shot is all it takes?

if so I will give it a go

I just do not want to spend a month of having triple shots all day then have to decide something as unmeasurable as 'does it give me more energy"

thx

I will quaff a double and report results

All that video says is wheatgrass is overblown and tastes like shit. Does not matter if the guy is a whoever he says he is. They do not elaborate. I provided you 50 reasons why it is beneficial. He provided no substance and does not even explain just looks like 3 clowns making faces.

BTW...nothing you try right away will see immediate results with respect to greens and nutritional benifit. You might get a energy spike and feel good. It also may do the opposite and make you feel nauseous becuase of the taste and give you the shits if your system cant handle it.

As I said 3 times now, you need to have a variety and not just one thing or another. Keeping wheatgrass as part of your diet helps, just like it helps to have many other greens and vegetables including grapefruit. It is not a waste of time and money and gives you a nice variety.

and I thankyou but anyone can make 50 claims about anything

I see MDs but no scientists with the chalkboard

- the pressed juicery sells stuff and makes false claims

- David Wolfe is a gourmet chocolatier, organic farmer, beekeeper, and a vanilla grower which makes him an expert on nutrition somehow because he writes books? Anyone can write books and not be an expert - done all time

- dr mark hyman is a self proclaimed guru because he has written books. He is the founder and medical director of the UltraWellness Center with apparently qualified staff but he has made $$$$$$$$ selling books - selling books gets him on TV and voila he is a world class expert

I see no research scientists in his center, only folks who have gone outside the mainstream thoughts they were trained in

We agree which makes the validity of wheatgrass an unknown factor

Your body just pees out excess nutrition

superfoods take science findings way beyond what was intended

I need science on myside and MDs and nutritionists are not scientists and you need science if you are going to go outside of mainstream beliefs then make fantastic claims
