You don't think speeding shouldnt be enforced? Many other offences ie: drugs weapons etc are found during a traffic stop for speeding. Traffic stops are one of the most dangerous things a Police Officer engages in during his shift.. There is nothing ''routine'' about them.Especially these days with rampant gun violence in the GTA. As for directing traffic at construction sites the construction company pays for that.
