but back to the topic at hand...this easy schedule now will burn them down the road, with a schedule back loaded with so many away games. I am obviously thrilled with the start to the season, but I still see them finishing 4th!

Don't see the back loaded thing, After December, they pretty much have the same number of home and away games and the schedule always changes with CL, FA, CC games and replays, anyways it's so difficult to predict which team will get screwed by the schedule, same for everyone.

It's a long season, with the mid-table teams taking points from Big 4 this early, this has to be the most unpredicatable season in a long time. In the past few years it took about 90 points to win. Here's hoping its more competitive like Spain where you can win it with less than 80.

Arsene wouldn't be that foolish and blow that much money on a keeper. He has to be the most shrewd manager, most of the guys he buys leaves me scratching my head, but a lot of them turn out to be great. He got Van Persie for like 1.6mil or something, well that turned out to be great...

True enough, how about Cesc for 200K and Toure for 500K

Stellar performance by Arsenal, really handled the Sevilla pressure very well. Wenger should be extremely pleased how they came out the 2H.

Agreed, great performance. I was on the fence about Senderos and Almunia, I am now convinced they are not good enough for a team looking to win trophies.
