From what I have experienced, SB's are paid the same, or more for 1-2 hours. E.g. $400-$500 in Toronto (and in Montreal) is what SB's want. I do have a few rules I follow, these are general and can change...
- Do a quick video call/chat or meet for coffee before the first arrangement
