Man oh man, so many Maga conservatives aren't going to know what to do. They want to hate Muslims, but they also want to hate a teenage boy identifying as anything other than a man. It's got everything. It's the hypocrite jackpot!

They can call out Muslims for lack of freedom, call to cancel the movie despite being against cancel culture because it promotes body dysmorphia, and demand the studio call him "man", not "spiderman" despite being against compelled speech because they think if you're born with a penis it's the only acceptable way to identify. Except I think that's too on the nose and instead they won't know what to do!
