@rld that's a good point. The world can get lost in translation when ppl(myself included) try to make sense of things in which we're not actually well versed...I'm glad u actually are a lawyer though, do you know the answer to this bc it is something that interests me.

At least I'm a man. If I ever get a woman pregnant, any woman, I will be pissed off, but I will be there. Obviously if it's an SP I would offer to help her get an abortion. If that's not what she wants I would offer to raise the child myself. If she actually wanted to keep the child I would offer to come around and be part of his/her life.
I know there's a good chance she would not want anything to do with me and shut me out of my child's life, and that would make me sad.

Actually Brill I just spent 2 seconds googling this and came up with this on justice.org:
If your children are over 18 or 19, they may be entitled to support if they cannot become independent because of an illness, disability or "other cause". Courts often order parents to support an older child going to university or college after they finish high school. This level of education can be considered a valid "other cause" in certain families. Otherwise, financial support for an older child is optional

But, I'm doing all this with a smile on my face. I can discern the difference between some internet fun and real life. So your attempts at insulting me (I'm a loser!! But you can't discern the difference. Your self worth is so deeply wrapped up in the persona that is "fuji" that it KILLS you be made to look the fool on TERB. You are steaming right now. You are so angry and humiliated yet impotent to do anything about the series of major embarrassments you've suffered in here over the past few weeks, that you follow me around from thread to thread like a sad little puppy, "striking" out at me with weak jabs and hypocritical barbs. Then you start new threads on the same topic, to validate your persona. So very sad.
Its just the internet. Is your self-worth that low, that you need "fuji" to be seen to be right all the time, to be seen to be always a winner? Based on my recent experiences, not personal, this is correct. When it comes to children, even over 18 and going to school, the courts are sympathetic to the kids.
its both your fault. men and womens.. you both should be responsible.. if the condom broke and you do not want a child . you go get the morning after pill or whatever its called.. and its not just a baby you have to concern yourself with if a condom were to break!!!!!!
