If it is outside, who gives a shit.

Being from Hamilton you should be used to polluted air.
Unless there's a good wind it still stinks.

Now that people can vape I think we should ban smoking in ALL public places, indoor or out. Tobacco or weed or anything else. People can now consume whatever drug they like by vaping without inconveniencing others with the smell.

Obviously, I give a shit.

Outside or not, it's a nauseating stench. And just because it's outside doesn't mean it's OK to pollute the air that other people have to breath.

I don't think it's too much to ask smokers to respect the wishes of nonsmokers not to be subjected to any form of second hand smoke..

Not for more than a few seconds.

Now if you are stuck in a line and the person next to you is smoking, then you will be exposed to it for a longer time and I can see an issue. But if you walk past someone who is toking, what is it, 3-5 seconds? Sorry, that is an insignificantly minor irritant.

BTW, I've recently converted to vaping. Very civilized.

I get around.
Toronto pot smokers: you really need to look into the Green Market, a pop-up event that occurs downtown every few weeks . Advance tix are just $5 ($10 at the door) and you'll get much more than that in free samples.
It's also a great feeling to attend something where cannabis use is normalized instead of being portrayed as some life and career-destroying stigma.

On December 11th sample Toronto's top cannabis brands including Alair Vaporizers, Toko, Extreme Infusions, Bliss Lubricants, Mary Janes Touch, Blessed Edibles, Charlene Freedom, Hidden Valley Reserve, Mary Juanitas Edibles, CannaLove Medibles, Fritz's Cannabis Company, The Bakers Shop, Red Eye Edibles, Sofa King Good Bakery, Pixels, Green Chef, Blue River Co, Pleasure Peaks, Eyebake Medibles, Hollywood Pastry 420, Minor Cares, Cannabiscotti and many more!
PM if you want more info.

Queen W and Yonge St downtown has been a place to find public pot smokers for years.

While I enjoy a joint from time to time I always thought it was too risky to just walk down the street. Clearly others don't..... but this is nothing new.

I find this whole thing to be quite fascinating, amazing really. I do and have smoked pot for over 45 years now. I was caught with, what in those days was, $5 worth of pot. I was a 19 year old skinny kid, we hung out in the field near the river behind what is now the Zoo..
I was convicted, paid a small fine. BUT!!! on my record, which caused me to be let go of my job working for the city, it states, Possession OF NARCOTICS!!!! 5 bucks worth of shitty, seed invested Mexican crap LOL
I would never have believed the day would come that they would legalize it......
