The head of the international criminal court certainly does. Letittia James is lucky the US Govt. can't impose any sanctions on her...
He has certainly been totally negligent and no doubt some number of people have died but doesn't really fit the definition of genocide.
Is the Swedish government responsible for a total death of
6,000 and 142,000 cases out of a population of 10 million? Not to defend
Trump who obviously has done a lousy job in managing the pandemic.
I am indeed curious as to which of the Swedish or American government
is the worse.

False equivalence. The Swedish government told people to take precautions. They didn't say it wasn't real or it wasn't a hoax.
If Donato keeps his fat mouth shut, Biden will pardon him. The former VP doesn't want to establish a precedent anymore than President Ford did - excuse me for repeating myself.
However if Donato stokes violence and people are murdered on his behalf, then he should be charged with sedition. Donato is too much of a trust fund baby to realize that the vote count to the last ballot guarantees that the election was legit.

Urban Dictionary takes a pretty similar approach, defining “covidiot” as “someone who ignores the warnings regarding public health or safety. A person who hoards goods, denying them from their neighbors.”

Still a false equivalence. They had a 'soft' lock down. The government told the people what to do. They did not say it was just a flu nor did they say it was a hoax and will go away soon.
Death rate has nothing to do with my point above, but I need to ask - Sweden's neighbours have different demographics, no? Their neighbours don't have the refugee population they do, correct?

There's still the Ukraine phone call. Question is whether it's worth doing or simply kept dangling over Trump's head. Probably the latter.
There's probably tax fraud. They could nail him on that and it would be non-political and clean. Or some other type of business fraud from pre 2016. It's not a bad idea. It would tie him up, wear him down and keep him out of politics and hopefully make him ill and kill him. That way, he couldn't bob up again and remain a disruptive political presence.
