Smaller congregations simply means fewer believes are using churches as a place to worship or gather, not necessarily that there are fewer believers in the community. People use to dress up for Sunday, not so much now.

The firm is a predominantly old money WASPish institution, and the position ends up going to candidate #2 because he "fits in better". Sounds like a wee bit of discrimination doesn't it? How is this any different than the Protestant working in the catholic school board where Catholics are given preference? Is systemic discrimination in the education system a guaranteed right granted in the charter of rights and freedoms, or in the BNA? Can you imagine the headline on the front page of the toronto star if something like this were to take place? So stop citing the old BNA which is 146 years out of date and HAS BEEN superseded.

The fact that the BNA Act is 146 years old doesn't mean it's bad or outdated.
