Have suggested this before, so I'll throw this out there again: use a razor handle/blade designed for women for the front and back of our male nether regions. There is a setup with a light plastic handle that has a swivel joint so the blade, which lies flat against your body, can reach nooks and crannies. It helps to be flexible when shaving between your cheeks, either in a full squat that opens them up or kinda half-propped/slouching on a couch or bed so you can pull your legs wide open and back as if you're begging for it (LOL). Using a hand mirror in the latter position gives a view of what you're doing. Go slowly and use short strokes of the razor. I use a shave butter from Dollar Shave Club, but not too much as the smooth glide tends ride over small hairs. Keep area barely moist to finish up, rinsing the blade (the smooth gliding, comfort ones) with hot water often. Do this a few days before to allow any irritations to subside. It'll last (and so will you). Suggest you start doing yoga to facilitate this--and I'm not joking.
