A delapitory cream. Boots Hair removal is what I use, but am not sure if you can get it in canada. Otherwise, Nair for hair seems to work fairly well, (8minute removal wait) Make sure you get the one for your hair type, otherwise it may not work as good.
Neet also has a foam you can apply on, (five minute wait) I have not tried this yet. But with any of these, they will come with a sponge for removal, it's useless after one use as hairs and chemicals get deep into the sponge. A face cloth, warm, works great, and if you can a Boots hair spatula, for me works the best.
For application of any of these you do dry, but as a tip, place a warm moist cloth on the area for a few minutes to relax the pores, then pat dry, then apply and wait, it'll come off easier, with more success.
Alexandria hair surgaring, I have only seen these in Cosco, I tried it, it's not that good for in home use, but surgaring is the healthiest and the harmless way for removing, best have this done at a Alexandria clinic.
