They follow protocol and report suspicious deposits like check or cash.
The rest is tracked by other agencies.

With money get on a bus with seniors going to a casino. Cash in money for casino chips, sit a cafe and have drinks. Before leaving change chips for money and have casino deposit money to bank account. Get a receipt and just file taxes IRS.
