I highly doubt it. In fact Mexico talks have stalled because of tariffs there. He is already under pressure from states, so keep it on, let the next set of court rulings come in, and watch Congress go after him

The court rulings don't reverse the steel, auto and other tariffs along those lines, since those have been determined to be national security issues. Substantial damage is being done in those sectors.
