They were rough in the first period Juve Sassuolo, Chiesa has become a target in many of the last few games. Obiang gets a straight red card after VAR intervenes. Despite that Sassuolo were still very aggressive. Juve looked lack lustre despite playing against 10. They did win 3-1, but Sassuolo fought till the end.

Whomever signs Braut Haaland better watch the Lazio vs Dortmund match first, so as not to get carried away. Haaland got roughed up pretty good by Francesco Acerbi. The Lombardese is fearless, he even roughed up cancer.

A true Junkyard Dawg.
At one time, Haaland walked through 4 or 5 Leipzig defenders with the ball. Looked like Maradona.

Not saying Haaland will not be a superstar, that's almost a certainty. When Acerbi has his game face on, he doesn't take prisoners. He's also a late bloomer, he was a bust at Milan and got sold to Sassuolo. That's where he had his testicular cancer scare...and you know how that goes. After he was pronounced cancer free, his career took off, he joined Lazio last summer.

Haaland was injured for the return leg - probably just as well.

Juventus likes Americans, they are closing in on signing Dallas FC teenager Brian Reynolds, they already singed another teenager Nicolo Rovella. They are also looking to add Manuel Locatelli.

Haaland's paisan Jens Hauge is a bit of a mystery. He's scored coming off the bench but hasn't shown up as a starter.

Franck Kessie is football's Marshawn Lynch.

It is beginning to look like Conte is hell bent on destroying Eriksens career. He will neither let him play or agree to a transfer.

Eriksen is being rejected from the Danish national team because of lack of play.

Antonio Conte revived the Azzurri as a player, he captained an injury riddle club to nearly winning the 2000 Euro. He got spiked by Giorghi Hagi and missed the rest of the tournament but the stage was set for what was to come. Conte was also a member of Juve's last CL triumph in 1996. I do feel sorry for Eriksen, Conte doesn't want him going to Roma.

Is RL17 better than than Mbappe, I don't watch League 1 so it's hard to say. However watch what happened when Hakimi tried to nutmeg him @ 0:24.

Inter Fiorentina.

Conte put Eriksen on as regista.

I doubt Eriksen will be a success in that role. He has never been the one attacking opponents and conquering the ball.

They were inconsistent yesterday too. They were playing for coppa Italia and had their B team playing. They had Kulusesky and Morata as strikers and they both scored in the first 25 minutes. Then it went to the shits, they let Genova come back twice and in extra time Juve managed to win with Rafia.

Eriksen has to adapt, if he can show Conte that he can play where he's needed and a lil bit of Pirlo, he'll get regular starts. Conte is not an idiot.

We disagree on Conte. Having one of the most expensive players sit on the bench for a year is idiotic. If he wanted him to play regista, why did he wait a year do do that.

Unfortunately, it will screw up the Danish National team, which has been organized around Eriksen.

I hope he gets a transfer from this nightmare..

Mandzukic and The Great Zlatanissimo should find common ground, they both come from the most war torn region of Europe. Mandzukic is from Brod while Zlata's family origin is Bosniak from the town of Sokolac. Both are close to towns that were the focal points of the vicious Yugoslav Wars: Vukovar and Srebrenica. Also the Western Roman Empire fell at a town north of Vukovar called Osijek.

Zlatan grew up in Malmoe. It was a indeed a war torn region,
