Sergeant arrested after assaulting fellow female officer

The sergeant had pulled out his pepper spray and was threatening the suspect who was already handcuffed and in the car.

The female officer was new and tried to intervene by pulling him back. He became furious and attacked her, choking her. He then ordered all the officers to turn off the cameras.

I don't understand why they need to get so angry and unprofessional. If you look at cops in Japan, it's so totally the opposite, it's ridiculous. They are so quiet, calm, and professional.

I really think that the lowest of the low go to these professions. However, not all cops are like that. There are some who are professional and worthy of respect.

I've found the complete opposite. Mind you anytime I've been pulled over or any dealing with a boy or girl in blue I've smiled and joked around with them even if they ticketed me. The one in the video obviously has anger management issues.

I completely understand. It’s like they’re on level 10 as soon as they speak to you about anything.

There is this supposed ideology about police officers being there to protect and serve us and now it’s an us vs them mentality and it’s very unsettling.

There used to be a term called Community Policing where cops would walk around within the community and get to know the residents and business owners within each zone

Now they remain in their marked and unmarked cars, completely separated from the community they’re supposed to serve and protect waiting to pinch us. Even though I drive the speed limit and have my license in order, I still get nervous when I see them and I’m not even doing anything illegal.

They should Change their motto from serve and protect to unnerve and arrest. Lol.

But yes, you are right. They are there are great police officers to but I feel like there are less and less with everything going on. Now with phones people are holding them more accountable at least.

I get treated well by bacon, even my squarehead ass dealing with pea soup bacon*. It's only happened twice, and both times I fucked up big time, in one case going 45 over the speed limit. The other time I heard the guy react badly to my not knowing the French but his partner did and everything went fine. The othertime way the fuck in the middle of nowhere rather north of Quebec City, the guy even took 10kph of the ticket even though he hardly knew the English and I even less knew the French.

I suppose you can claim that your typical Pea Soup cop loves us Squareheads, but fornicate that maternal fornicator.

I have to wonder, if someone is always getting tude from bacon, perhaps it is something your doing.

I am always chill with cops and in the Anglo world I almost always get off completely from tickets. One time after a blow up with my jive soul bro when back in Newfoundland I went for a drive to cool off, going about 135 to 140 on the TCH. Guy pulled me over [Newfie plates, Upper Canada Driver's license.] He let me off with a warning about Moose, like I didn't know that.

I was only pulled over once by black cop, but he was so nice. I was pulled over and sleeping on the shoulder of the highway, where I was not supposed to.

He asked me if I was OK, and told me that I should be parked there, but make sure that I was good to drive. He was so calm and friendly.Whenever I’m in the United States I’m so surprised with my interaction with Black people, especially the middle age and older people. They are incredibly humble , friendly and nice.

Been to many places in Canada and the U.S. and, had many interactions with LE, never had any issues with cops. Can't always say the same for civilians.
