Moving what goal posts ? The gun laws in the US are fucking insane. The Supreme Court overruled laws which took guns away from a fucking psycho who threatened his wife then shot st a neighbor. Does this guy need a gun in your mind? He then went on a mass shootings rampage. The repeal of these gun laws made it not an offense for hunter to have a gun - he was the 1st person in history charged with that offense in Delaware history
