Where Sondland's testimony appeared to diverge from the WH position, it was clearly established that Sondland was just offering his opinion, not factual evidence,

That's total bullshit.

Sondland personally witnessed Trump asking for quid pro quo from Ukraine.
That's a factual statement of an eyewitness.

Are the Republicans living in denial? "No Quid Pro Quo", in spite of Mulvaney corroborating that Quid Pro Quo was not unusual and all Presidents do it. All the witnesses who are in touch with those in the Whitehouse are convinced that it occurred, except of course The Republicans. Some of these witnesses are Trump appointees!!
