I can only speak of my own experience. When I was young and better looking I became friendly with a female insurance agent. So, I purchased a $50,000 "deferred annuity" from her and discreetly suggested it would be nice if she could rebate her commission to me and she did.

Not sure about the technicalities but I was asked by a couple of agents on separate occasions to be an insurance "sub-agent". Basically, I would be paid a fee/commission for finding new clients.

Scheer will get his chance. He will be grilled with answers about Ford's cut backs and Scheer will keep dodging those questions with "Wynn destroyed Ontario and we can't let that happen". Well Scheer's hidden agenda will be cutting federal funding to Ontario. Ironically Scheer will finish Wynn's job so to speak.
