There are many free and paid video editing packages out there that can do green screen or erase items like a harness from video. Adobe Premiere CC is only about $19.99 a month, which can do all these things. You need the technical expertise to do it well, but there are plenty of tutorials and videos on YouTube to teach you how to do it. Hollywood studios use tools like Premiere and After Effects as well.
