Never looked at it closely. There is a Russian photographer that climbs the tallest buildings in the world to take breath taking photos (often sitting on the edge) %100 real. So knowing these Russian dudes are crazy, I wouldn't doubt it was real.

Yep, I remember seeing this clip late last year of crazy Russian Oleg Cricket, right in our own backyard in downtown Toronto. It made my stomach flip to watch, even more so than this crazy model!
