Ray Stevenson: Thor, Volstagg and Star Wars actor dies aged 58

The actor from Northern Ireland was reportedly taken to hospital while filming on Italian island Ischia.

This was unexpected. The Northern Irish actor just passed away at the age of 58. I’ll always remember him as Titus Pullo from Rome, and most recently the wonderer Othere from the final season of Vikings.

Oh man....He was in two of my all time favourite series....That being Rome and Black Sails.

Such a strong presence in every role he played.
