Little-known side note that he was the talking voice used in the Rush tune Subdivisions. (The video has Alex speaking it into a microphone but it was Daily's voice used in the actual studio session.)

He first contracted cancer (prostate) in 2004. Beat that, but cancer returned in 2009 and had spread to his lungs. R.I.P.
