RFID guard for Canadian passport?

I've never seen one for just a passport but they should exist.

I`ve disabled that feature on my debit card and credit card where you can wave it instead of insert it, but can info still be stolen electronically from your DL or HC?

If you have the enhanced driver's license yes but otherwise don't think they have RFID in the regular versions.

Picked one up at Costco at the photo counter when I got my new passport picture taken.

There was no charge at the MPP office as long as you paid for the renewal fee.
