This past Sunday Ezra Levant, founder of the Rebel News media outlet, was arrested for simply exercising his rights as a Canadian citizen and reporter. I love how he calls out the loser cop who thinks that "he's the law".

I don't know what the Arabs have done to get such favorable treatment from Toronto cops, but its pretty fucking sad. They allowed them to set up shop in a predominantly Jewish neighborhood in Toronto but somehow its resident Ezra's presence taking video and pictures that is inciting the mob. Truly appalling double standards.

He is a Canadian citizen, yes I will agree but he is NO journalist. He is an activist and Rebel News is nonsense and bullshit.

Levant was told by the cops to move away from the Palestinian protesters. He refused to move so the cops arrested him...just like they would have with anyone else.

If Levant had truly wanted to cover the story he could have easily complied with the cops. However, he chose to deliberately get himself arrested to make a political statement- and now we’re all here talking about it so everything seems to be working out exactly like Levant hoped it would...*barf*

He stridently tells the top cop, "I'm your boss!"

Fark, can't make this shit up!

I don’t like Ezra Levant’s views and politics but I respect his right to express himself including engaging in civil disobedience. He wanted to get arrested and he succeeded- he didn’t hurt anyone and he seems to have cooperated with the cops after they arrested him.

OK…fine…I respect his right to that. But then the next step is supposed to be that you show up to court, pay a fine, and get sent home with a suspended sentence. Levant‘s histrionics about being persecuted and his blustering about suing the Toronto cops is kinda EXTRA imho…LOL.

At this point, I kinda feel like Levant is making this more about himself as though he’s the main character.

One of those Rebel News cocksuckers gets arrested every fucking week. It's part of the grift because then they fund raise for "legal fees".

What's going to happen here is that a dumbass like Kirk - or probably Mitch as well - will send $50 for "legal fees". Levant won't even hire a lawyer. He got arrested simply to get him the fuck away from starting a potential riot and the Crown will drop the charges on the 2nd or 3rd set date appearance.

Ezra will pocket your money and laugh at your sad shit behind his sleeve.

They're on public property making political statements.

You know that little thing about "free speech" in the Charter of Rights, Kirkie?.... Yuh, THAT little thing....

That's why they get to be public Hamassholes and the cops can't clear them out.

The police should have dispersed the piece of shit pro Palestine protesters. Deport them all to the goddamn Gaza shithole.

And where is the crime in standing where he chose to stand, so as to observe the happenings. It was close to where the police were standing yet he was providing no obstacle to them providing their services.

Since when does anyone have to move off ANY sidewalk to give foreign savages -- probably all of whom aren't even citizens here -- the ability to exhibit their hate crimes in a Jewish neighborhood? And for the cop to intone "I am the law" has sad overtones of Fauci's "I am science."
