Our mall takes shoplifting very seriously. There are signs posted everywhere that say:
"Shoplifting will not be tolerated. You will be duly punished.
You have been warned."
Despite the warning, we caught another shoplifting suspect this morning and she is undergoing our routine interview.

Weekends are a real busy time for shoplifters. Some of them work in pairs or even in groups of 3 or more.
You just knew this was coming. Some females are using sex to try and get the shoplifting charges dropped. I tell them I can't compromise my integrity but will tell my manager that they were cooperative and are remorseful.
We broke a shoplifting ring. The pic below shows one of the members being interviewed while the other 3 wait their turn.
We call in outside experts when faced with unreasonable and uncooperative suspects. The dudes in the video below are former members of the Iranian secret police.
One of my duties is also to do a walkaround of the mall's exterior and parking lot just to make sure everything is ticky boo.
