But the picture doesn't match up with the description in the filing, so that needs to be followed up on.

They're just piling on to get the maximum sentence to frighten others away. Must protect the lies at all cost.

This was a "why he can't be released on bail" memo.

They didn't accuse him of having any of those guns illegally, either.
He's got one count related to unlawful copying and transmitting of sensitive defense material and one count related to the unlawful removal of defense material to an unauthorized location.
They haven't been stacking on other charges so far.

There are a number of charges against Assange I think aren't warranted.
